Information we collect

We collect only the information used to run and evaluate this early validation experience:

  • Your email address when you choose to save and reveal your Life Audit result.
  • A random, first-party visitor or session identifier stored in your browser.
  • Your Life Audit profile and score.
  • Funnel interactions, including assessment progress, numeric answer scores, result views, premium-preview actions, and early-access interest.
  • Timestamps associated with records and interactions.

We do not intentionally persist IP addresses, health information, payment information, passwords, full user accounts, or third-party advertising identifiers in the MinuteAhead database.

Why we collect it

We use this information to:

  • Associate, save, and reveal your Life Audit result.
  • Understand whether visitors begin and complete the validation funnel.
  • Evaluate interest in MinuteAhead and improve the experience.
  • Record your request to be contacted when early access becomes available.
  • Protect, troubleshoot, and operate the site.

The current site does not send Life Audit results or marketing emails. If you select “Yes, I want early access,” you are asking us to contact you when MinuteAhead becomes available.

Anonymous funnel analytics

We use a random first-party identifier to connect events from the same browser session. It is stored in local browser storage rather than a third-party advertising cookie. Funnel events help us count starts, completions, result views, and early-access interest.

We do not use advertising pixels, third-party analytics vendors, or cross-site advertising identifiers in this validation version.

Infrastructure and storage

MinuteAhead runs on a Cloudflare Worker, and application records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare processes data as our infrastructure provider when it delivers and protects the site.

Cloudflare may process network and security information, including IP addresses, as part of operating its infrastructure under its own terms and privacy practices. MinuteAhead does not intentionally write visitor IP addresses to its D1 application tables.

How long we keep information

We do not retain validation data indefinitely. During the current validation phase, we use these retention limits:

  • Anonymous funnel-event data is retained for up to 90 days.
  • If you explicitly request early access, we may retain your lead record for up to 12 months from your most recent meaningful interaction with MinuteAhead.

If you request deletion, we will delete your associated lead data and reasonably identifiable associated funnel data as soon as practical after taking any reasonable steps needed to verify the request.

These periods may be revised later if the product, legal requirements, or business needs materially change. If they do, we will update this policy and its “Last updated” date.

Payments, selling, and sharing

The current validation site does not collect payment information or process purchases. We do not sell personal information.

We share information with Cloudflare only as needed to host, store, deliver, and protect the service. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, or protect the rights and security of MinuteAhead and others.

Security

We use reasonable technical and access safeguards appropriate for this early validation site. Cloudflare states that D1 data is encrypted in transit and at rest. No online service can promise perfect security, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, lost, or misused.

Your choices and deletion requests

You may ask a privacy question or request that we locate, correct, or delete the information associated with your email. We may need to verify that you control the email address before acting on a request. When we can reasonably identify the related session, a deletion request can include the lead record and its associated funnel events.

Children

MinuteAhead is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 should not use this site or provide an email address. If we learn that we collected information from a child under 13, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps, including deletion where applicable.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as MinuteAhead changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the “Last updated” date. Material product changes may require additional notice or choices.
